What happens when I cancel?
You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for. A membership cancelled on day three of the month runs to the last day of that month, then falls back to LGCY Member. We do not cut access the moment you cancel — you paid for the month.
Do I lose my points if I downgrade or cancel?
No. Points you have earned are yours and stay in your balance. What changes is the rate you earn at going forward. Points still expire twelve months after they were earned, as they always have.
When does billing start?
Immediately when you join, and on the same date each month or year after that. There is no delayed first charge, and no hidden setup fee.
Can I get a refund?
Within fourteen days of your first charge on a new membership, yes — write to support and we will refund it in full. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period. Annual memberships follow the same fourteen-day window.
What is the difference between a membership and an order?
Nothing about membership is required to shop LGCY. Anyone can buy. Membership is what earns points faster, opens the archive, carries your pass, and gives you a say in what we make.
How do the points multipliers work?
Every dollar spent earns points at your tier rate: LGCY Member 1x, Reserve 1.5x, Signature 2x, Black 3x. A $200 order earns 200 points as a Member and 600 as Black. The multiplier is permanent, not a promotional window.
What are points actually worth?
They redeem for a fixed dollar amount, better the more you redeem at once: 250 points is $2.50, 500 is $6, 1,000 is $15, 2,500 is $45. Fixed value means a redemption is worth the same on a small order as a large one.
Can I switch tiers whenever I want?
Yes, in either direction. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are charged the difference for the remainder of the period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for.
What is the annual option?
Twelve months for the price of ten. Reserve is $100 a year instead of $120, Signature $250 instead of $300, Black $400 instead of $480. Same benefits, one charge.
Does my member discount stack with points redemption?
Yes. A points redemption is applied first, then your member discount comes off what remains. Both apply to the price of the goods only — never to tax or shipping.
